✅ 1. Aceitação dos Termos

Ao baixar, instalar ou usar o aplicativo Duke Idiomas, você concorda em estar vinculado a estes Termos de Uso. Se você não concordar com estes termos, não use o aplicativo.

📱 2. Descrição do Serviço

O Duke Idiomas é um aplicativo educacional que oferece:

• Tradutor e dicionário inteligente
• Exercícios interativos de inglês
• Mapa de erros comuns
• Professor virtual (Duke) com inteligência artificial
• Sistema de vocabulário personalizado
• Jogos educativos

👤 3. Elegibilidade

• Você deve ter pelo menos 13 anos de idade para usar este aplicativo
• Menores de 18 anos devem ter permissão dos pais ou responsáveis
• Você deve fornecer informações precisas e atualizadas

🔑 4. Conta do Usuário

• É necessário criar uma conta para usar o aplicativo
• Você é responsável por manter sua conta segura
• Não compartilhe suas credenciais de login
• Notifique-nos imediatamente sobre uso não autorizado

Você PODE:

• Usar o aplicativo para fins educacionais
• Salvar e organizar seu vocabulário pessoal
• Interagir com o assistente de IA Duke
• Participar dos exercícios e jogos

Você NÃO PODE:

• Usar o aplicativo para fins ilegais
• Tentar hackear ou comprometer a segurança
• Criar múltiplas contas para abuse do sistema
• Compartilhar conteúdo ofensivo ou inadequado
• Usar o aplicativo para spam ou distribuição de malware

Duke Idiomas ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our English learning application and services.

By using Duke Idiomas, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we access the following Google user data:

• Email address: Used for account identification and authentication
• Full name: Displayed in your profile and personalized greetings
• Profile information: Basic profile data to personalize your experience

Important: We only request the minimum necessary permissions from Google. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services unless explicitly required for a specific feature you choose to use.

• Vocabulary words and translations you save
• Your progress in exercises, maps, and learning trails
• Completed lessons and scores
• Study history and activity patterns
• Learning preferences and goals

2.3 Interaction Data

• Conversations with Professor Duke AI assistant
• Exercises completed and answers provided
• Videos, songs, and content you interact with

• Device information (type, operating system)
• App usage statistics
• Error logs and crash reports (for app improvement)
• IP address and general location (country-level only)

3.1 Google User Data Usage

The Google user data we collect is used exclusively for:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining your login session
• Personalizing your learning experience with your name
• Communicating with you about your account and app updates
• Associating your learning progress and vocabulary with your account

We do NOT: Use Google user data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than providing Duke Idiomas services.

3.2 Learning Data Usage

• Track your progress and provide personalized recommendations
• Generate custom exercises based on your vocabulary
• Create your learning statistics and achievements
• Enable the AI Professor Duke to provide relevant assistance
• Improve the learning algorithms and content quality

3.3 AI and Machine Learning

We use AI services (including Google Cloud AI and OpenAI) to:

• Power the Professor Duke conversational assistant
• Generate translations and alternative word suggestions
• Create personalized exercises and learning content
• Analyze text and provide comprehension questions

Important: When using AI services, we send only the necessary content (words, sentences, or conversation context). We do not share your Google account information with AI providers.

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

• Primary storage: Secure cloud servers (Supabase) with encryption
• Local storage: Some data cached on your device for offline access
• Backups: Encrypted backups maintained for data recovery

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

All service providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to process your data to provide services to Duke Idiomas.

6.1 Access and Export

• View all your personal information and learning data within the app
• Request an export of your vocabulary and learning progress
• Access your conversation history with Professor Duke

6.2 Correction and Updates

• Update your profile information at any time in Account Settings
• Edit or delete vocabulary words you've saved
• Correct any inaccurate information

6.3 Deletion

• Delete individual vocabulary entries or conversations
• Request complete account deletion via Account Settings
• Revoke Google account access at any time through Google Account settings

6.4 Opt-Out Options

• Disable certain features that use AI or external services
• Manage data collection preferences in app settings
• Unsubscribe from promotional emails (if applicable)

🗑️ 7. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Go to Account Settings in the app
2. Select "Request Account Deletion"
3. Send the deletion request via email (automatically generated)
4. We will process your request within 30 days

After account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, except where retention is required by law.

👶 8. Children's Privacy

Duke Idiomas is suitable for learners of all ages. For users under 13 years of age, parental consent is required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

📋 9. Compliance with Policies

9.1 Google API Services User Data Policy

Duke Idiomas complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means we:

• Only request access to Google user data necessary for our features
• Use Google user data only for purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy
• Do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services
• Do not use or transfer Google user data for serving ads
• Comply with all requirements for secure data handling
